Shipping
Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Orders will be printed and shipped within 72 hours. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please allow up to 21 working days from the day of your order for the print to arrive at your chosen address.

Sustainability
I'm conscious that travel and photographic prints contribute to global warming. So in a move to balance out the carbon footprint of my work as much as possible, to begin with, I've taken the following steps:

  1. A part of the profit from the sales of prints will be donated to the One Tree Planted organization to support global reforestation.

  2. All photographic prints are produced by The Print Space in London. It is a carbon-neutral company. This means they offset the emissions they are responsible for when creating and shipping a print.


Returns

The return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the print, unfortunately, a refund or exchange won't be possible. To be eligible for a return, the print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt will be required.

Refund During The 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If you are unhappy with your order or change your mind, you can return it (unused and in the same condition that it was delivered to you) within the first 14 days of you receiving it for a full refund. Please send an email to daniel@danielkutcher.com with the title "Full Refund". An email outlining next steps will be sent to you. Once your return is approved, a confirmation email will notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Due To Damage Or Defect On Arrival
If a print arrives damaged, or the order is in some way defective and you would like a full refund, first send an email to daniel@danielkutcher.com with some photos showing the damage or defect. You will then be asked to send the damaged or defective print back to London. Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Due To Damage Or Manufacturing Defect
If a print arrives damaged, or the order is in some way defective, and you would like an exchange (free of charge), first send an email to daniel@danielkutcher.com with some photos showing the damage or defect. You will then be asked to send the damaged or defective print to London, UK. Once it has been inspected by the printing provider, a replacement print will be sent out as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live.

Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send an email to daniel@danielkutcher.com.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the print. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a print otherwise there's no guarantee that the return will be received.
